As a lawyer, I advise and represent you in the field of intellectual property law as well as in copyright and competition law.

In the field of technical intellectual property rights I support national and international clients of various professions in patent infringement proceedings.

A further focus of my work is trademark and design law. I offer you comprehensive legal analysis and advice regarding the selection, strategy and protectability of your trademark.

I also have particular expertise in the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement of your intellectual property rights. In cases of infringement, I achieve this by using the most effective means available, especially also at international trade fairs by way of interim legal protection or on the Internet. Just as important as the fast procedural pursuit of your claims are carefully planned action strategies, such as interface-free cooperation with the relevant authorities. In this way, time-consuming and costly court proceedings can be avoided in many cases.

In competition and copyright law, the use of "new media", such as online trading, social media activities, digital forms of advertising, but also the imputability of intellectual creations in collaborative work currently presents users with considerable challenges. I provide comprehensive advice to companies, freelancers and private individuals on these and other questions of competition and copyright law. This includes legal support for advertising campaigns, checking Internet sites for possible infringements of competition and copyright law, but also protection against warnings due to misleading advertising.
