Hetti advises and represents clients from Europe, the US and Asia in patent and utility model litigation in all technical fields as well as in trademark, copyright, domain and competition law.
The focus of her work is on patent infringement proceedings. She appears before all German patent litigation courts and before the UPC. In addition, she is involved in proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office in cooperation with patent attorneys and company patent departments. Hetti has gained particular technical experience through her work for companies in the fields of telecommunications, electronics, mechanics, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and mechanical engineering.
Hetti regularly works in teams with patent law specialists from different countries. She is particularly familiar with competition law restrictions (FRAND) in the enforcement of standard essential patents.
Out of court, her work includes developing trademark strategies and drafting license agreements and trademark delimitation agreements.
Hetti was called to the bar as lawyer (Germany) in 2006 and became a Partner in 2015.
