Lea Kolligs Associate

Profile

Lea has been working as an attorney at rospatt since 2024. She advises national and international clients on patent, design, trademark and competition law.

During her legal training, Lea worked for international law firms in the field of intellectual property and competition law in London, Cologne and Düsseldorf. Her experience in competition law is particularly beneficial to her in disputes over standard-essential patents. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Lea also worked for two years in the field of international law in French-speaking countries.

In patent law, the cases she has handled to date include inventions in the fields of mechanics and telecommunications. From the outset, Lea was closely involved in advising and representing clients before the UPC (Unified Patent Court) and was able to apply her experience in international law. In addition, Lea advises on the design of FRAND license agreements in the field of mobile communications technology.

In design, trademark and competition law, Lea advises and represents clients from both the luxury segment and medium-sized companies on protection against imitations, in particular by means of cease-and-desist letters, preliminary injunctions, as well as in opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Lea has been admitted to the German bar since 2024.
