Tabea advises national and international clients across a range of industries on IP and competition law matters. Since joining rospatt in 2022, she has mainly been working on patent infringement proceedings in various technical fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry, mechanical engineering and telecommunications.

Tabea’s work also focuses on cases involving trade mark, design and unfair competition law. She has particular experience in enforcing clients’ IP rights against parallel importation and at trade fairs. In addition, Tabea advises on R&D agreements, license agreements and the law on employee inventions.

As part of her legal training prior to her admission to the bar, Tabea worked, among other tasks, in the patent litigation team of an international law firm, the trade mark and design department of a renowned German automobile manufacturer, and the London office of an international IP law firm.

Tabea was called to the bar as lawyer (Germany) in 2022.
